Docs Pools legal
Privacy Policy
What we collect to run pools and support commissioners.
Last updated: May 18, 2026
Information we collect
We collect pool setup details, commissioner contact details, participant names/emails when entered, picks, timestamps, payment status labels, and support messages.
How we use it
We use data to operate pick forms, leaderboards, admin dashboards, exports, support, abuse prevention, and Stripe software-fee payments.
Payments
Stripe processes payment details for Docs Pools platform fees. Docs Pools does not store full card numbers and does not process or custody prize funds.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers needed to run the product, such as hosting, database, email/support, analytics, and Stripe.
Commissioner visibility
Commissioners and authorized admins may see participant names, emails, picks, timestamps, payment-status labels, exports, and setup details for pools they manage.
Security and beta limitations
We use practical safeguards for a private beta, but no internet service is perfectly secure. Do not enter sensitive personal information beyond what the pool form requests.
Deletion/support
For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact support. Some records may be retained when needed for security, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
Plain-English beta note
This is practical startup legal copy for beta launch readiness, not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.
