Refund Policy
Simple beta refund rules for Docs Pools software fees.

Software fees only
Refunds apply only to Docs Pools software/platform fees paid through Stripe. We cannot refund, reverse, or arbitrate any prize money handled outside Docs Pools.
Beta refund window
During private beta, contact support within 7 days of purchase if the software did not work for your intended pool and we will review a refund of the Docs Pools fee.
No prize-money disputes
Docs Pools does not decide winners, enforce side agreements, collect buy-ins, reimburse participants, or mediate payout disputes between commissioners and players.
No refund for completed events
Fees are generally not refundable after a pool has been actively used for a completed event, unless required by law or there was a material product failure.
How to request
Email support with the commissioner email, pool name, payment receipt, and a short description of the issue.
